SUPPORT

The following technical support services are provided for our customers:

ELECTRICITY :

•	maintenance of LT & HT cabins, both by conventional means and infra-red camera

•	consulting, research on, and carrying out of electrical installation renovation projects,

•	PCB certification with the Ministry of Health

•	C.A.D.

ELECTRONICS :

•	maintenance of fire detection systems (BOSEC certification)

•	maintenance of intrusion systems (TOBBACK certification)

•	consulting on low current techniques

JOINT POWER GENERATION :

•	maintenance of all emergency electrical equipment (stationary and mobile)

•	maintenance of joint power generation systems (fuel and gas)

•	consulting and upgrading or renovation studies (including energy shutters)

WORKS :

•	operational support in plumbing and heating works

•	diamond drilling for diameters up to 350 mm

•	camera inspection of piping

MEASUREMENTS :

•	carrying out various measurements such as noise, luminosity, throughput, vibration, current, speed

•	laser alignment, roller checking, balancing

BUILDING AUTOMATION :

•	support for GTC systems and automata (PLC)

•	consulting and old technology vis-à-vis operational units

•	refreshing all contacts with market suppliers

•	follow-up and upgrading projects or GTC system renovation projects

•	C.A.D.

WATER MANAGEMENT :

•	physical/chemical and bacteriological analysis of all types of site water (heating circuit, cooling circuit, demineralised water, sanitary, swimming pool, waste, etc.)

•	these analyses are an essential quality indicator in site management

DISPATCHING :

•	round-the-clock, all-year call-centre

•	management and follow up of all work done at the customer's premises

•	acknowledgement and processing of alarms arising from remote management systems
