Training philosophy
In our perpetually changing world, jobs change according to needs, technologies and markets. Some disciplines disappear, while others are suddenly in great demand. For an enterprise totally dedicated to customer satisfaction, it is essential that skilling be absolutely top rank. This means that every person working for the company must have the chance to acquire, either at his/her own initiative or at the request of the company, the skills and the qualifications which allow him or her to continue to meet the expectations of a constantly evolving professional environment.

Training is a long-haul business and the fruits may only be enjoyed in the long term, so our intention is more definite than ever to continue our efforts in such a way as to strengthen the position of AXIMA Services into future.
