AXIMA Services is a company dedicated to a partnership which takes responsibility, in an INTEGRATED fashion, for the management, operation and maintenance of technical installations, together with the management of any other facility service necessary for the satisfactory operation of the enterprise and the care of its customer's equipment.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS
  AXIMA Services offers technical management contracts specifically adapted to the needs of its customers, while assuming all responsibilities linked to the running, monitoring, checking, preventative maintenance, breakdown solutions and repairs to the installations.

TOTAL GUARANTEE

  AXIMA Services can also offer total guarantee formula whereby, for an annual fee, it undertakes to maintain the installations entrusted to it in perfect working order for the entire duration of the contract. It also offers the unique possibility of contracts of the "Services Level Agreement" type.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT
  AXIMA Services can take responsibility for energy management, and in this case makes a commitment to the optimisation of output and the achievement of substantial savings.

UTILITES MANAGEMENT
  AXIMA Services has also developed a wide range of services organised around "utilities", both in industry and the tertiary sector; this places it in a position to be able to offer formulae for the total responsibility for heat generation, gas or industrial fluids.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT
  The "Facility management" section of AXIMA Services has also gained a broad understanding of the integrated management of subsidiary services. The best practices are thus made available to those customers who wish to have a single operator for the totality of the services.

EMERGENCY TEAM
  AXIMA Services have at their disposal an emergency team on permanent standby which can act on very short notice in the case of breakdowns or the failure of an item of technical equipment. Its central dispatching unit is at the customers' disposal round-the-clock, all-year-round, seven days a week, and is provided with all the facilities of remote alarms, remote-surveillance, and remote management in order to ensure that the customer service is of the highest quality.

AXIMA Services offers services based on a commitment of results (Services Level Agreement).
