Axima Services meeting the needs of the
sport and leisure sector
 

AXIMA Services is the unchallenged leader in Belgium countries in the management and maintenance of technical installations in sport and leisure centres (sports complexes, swimming pools, etc.).

AXIMA Services does not limit its services to specific techniques such as swimming pool water treatment and purification; it also takes responsibility for the checking, measurements and analyses which are essential to guarantee the comfort and safety of the users.
 


MANAGED EQUIPMENT

AXIMA Services also manages and maintains heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units, sanitary installations, lighting and general electricity equipment (high and low voltage), access control, remote management and remote checking, fire detection and emergency units as well as spas, steam baths, etc.


SUPPLIED SERVICES

Thanks to its know-how, AXIMA Services is in a position to satisfy practically all the needs of their customers by :
 
• permanent water quality checking and hygienic use conditions,
• scrupulous observance of the demands of comfort: water and air temperature, odour elimination, etc,
• reductions in water and energy consumption,
• the extension of the life of the installations via their preventative maintenance and upgrading,
• adaptation of the installations to the regulations in force and the optimisation of their safety features.

The AXIMA Services' laboratory permanently checks the swimming pool water quality with physical/chemical and bacteriological analysis.



COMMITMENTS ON RESULTS

AXIMA Services keeps a close eye on the development of current legal standards and obligations as regards safety, environmental protection and energy saving. In this framework, the use of technical equipment is optimised, and AXIMA Services makes commitments to its customers by way of precise and clear guarantees at the level of results to be attained as regards comfort, safety, savings and sustainability. Should the savings promised not eventuate, AXIMA Services will then pay all excess costs incurred. However, if the set goals are bettered, and lower costs are achieved, AXIMA Services will share the profits with its customers.


PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP)

AXIMA Services is developing innovative partnership and collaboration schemes with the public sector by offering the possibility of completing "ready to use" projects going from the feasibility study right up to the total and overall management of the installations, including drawing up plans, controlling and co-ordinating the work, and operation startup. This is a global concept which allows the customer to see exactly where he is headed in terms of costs within the framework of a long-term contract.
